The Tomba painted handleless kitchen door is available in any of fifteen colours in both gloss and matt finishes. The distinction of this door is the handle, an unusual arrangement offering a new take on handleless.

The Tomba handle is created by making the door slightly shorter than “necessary” allowing one to put one’s fingers over the top of ur under the door if it is a wall unit. The “open” space / gap is covered with an aluminium strip mounted to the cabinet. The overall effect is that of an updated kitchen of the seventies. The accessories range not only includes straight and curved doors but also in the case of the Tomba, straight and curved bits of aluminium.
To make this door system work with the aluminum rails backing the handle; the doors themselves are made slightly shorter than standard and the rail is attached to the cabinet. A different cabinet construction than usual but nothing that phases Martha Mockford.
