The Finsbury is my favorite kitchen! The Newport is back. Ok, it is now painted ash to any colour but the architecture of this door is the best. It is the frame width and the bead detail to the flat center panel that offers such balance and finesse.

The Finsbury painted classic kitchen is part of Burbidge’s new price pointed range “Simply Burbidge.” The range includes this the Finsbury, the Kew and the Barnes. The three doors are all the same price and available in the classic Burbidge colour range. They are all frame painted ash doors, the Barnes is a shaker, the Kew has contemporary beads.
Burbidge used to do a door called the Newport Natural oak. In our portfolio, there is one that we sprayed to a colour for a client. The Newport was my favorite kitchen. The style of the door seemed to suit many houses locally. With the advent of the Finsbury in a painted finish am pleased to see this design return.
