The Windsor is an over painted foil kitchen door. The frame is wide and the centre panel is raised to offer a traditional look. In this case, the foil veneer has a grain texture to it; once painted this grain texture shines through offering the door detail and texture that is otherwise not available in this type of kitchen door. Over painted foil veneered doors are a new structure in the industry,it is more than capable of offering a paint finish to an economic structure. The range of accessories available with the painted Windsor is wide and meets most needs.
The work we do here at Martha Mockford is to design and build kitchens. We have in the past made our own cabinets, but now a friend of ours in the industry at Slade Kitchens, makes our cabinets but to our own specification. The cabinet board has to be high-density form Egger, the panels have to be glued and dowelled together, the drawer boxes have to be Blum soft close along with the hinges. We receive the cabinets into stock and fit the doors to them. We also fit up all the internal fittings. Great care is taken at every stage to ensure quality.
